scarffio® has been designed to fit over every car headrest with posts . Some very wide integrated headrests might be too large. If you have any concerns , please contact us before placing an order and we can discuss the alternative sizing option that exists .

Currently scarffio® is only shipping to the UK. 

Postage calculated at checkout is using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. The most reliable and eco-friendly option available . 

When buying 4 or more* scarffio® , Express Tracked 24 postage is included. ( * up to a maximum of 5).

Damages and issues:

No scarffio® leaves us unless it is in perfect condition. 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its enclosures and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@scarffio.com, quoting your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you to provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent , at your own cost, using a tracked service ( Such as Royal Mail signed for ) , and a Proof of Postage must also be supplied.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Scarffio Ltd works with Royal Mail for all of its postage requirements. The Royal Mail website confirms that the services they provide  have ' by far the lowest carbon footprint per parcel delivery in the UK'. Most of their parcels are delivered by posties on foot, and not by vans.
